Tips for ‘Gas Free’ Beans

Beans are great for you, as they are high in protein, low in fat, and contain many nutrients that can fill out a healthy diet.

However most people avoid cooking beans like Rajma or Kabuli Chana because of the after meal effects produced by them.

To save yourself from any embarrassment or discomfort soak the beans in water and add a little baking soda to it.

Let it soak for a while before you actually decide to cook it. You will notice that by doing this the beans produce lesser amount of gas. Now that surely is a relief!
