|1||Refined Flour||1 cup|

|3||Baking Powder||1 tsp|
|5||Fennel Seeds,||1 tbsp|
|6||Cardamom Powder||1 tbsp|
|9||Vanilla Essence||1 tsp|
|11||Almond, roasted||3/4th cup|
|12||Apricot, chopped||1 cup|
- In a bowl put 1 cup Refined Flour, Salt to taste, 1 tsp baking powder , 1 tbsp fennel Seeds,1 tbsp cardamom powder and mix I well.
- Then another bowl put 2 eggs, 1/4th cup butter 1 tsp vanilla essence, 2 tbsp honey and whisk well. Then in the same bowl add 3/4th cup Almond, roasted and 1 cup chopped Apricot and knead it with your hands.
- Then with a help of a cookie cutter, cut out heart shaped almond biscotti and then place with in a greased baking tray. Bake them for 15-20 mins on 180 degree C.
- Place the baked biscotti on a plate and dust it with icing sugar.
