Aloo Paratha


    3 cups wheat flour
    1/4 cup soya powder
    1/4 cup oats flour
    Salt to taste
    Water as needed
    1 tsp oil
    1 tbsp garlic
    1 tsp red chilli powder
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    1 boiled potato
    1/2 cup pumpkin
    1/2 tsp ghee

preparation method

1.To make Aloo Parathas with a healthy twists…
2.Add some wheat flour, soya powder, oats flour, salt and water into a bowl and knead into soft dough.
3.To make the filling heat some oil in the pan and saute some garlic, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, potatoes, and pumpkin and
4.Sprinkle some coriander over it.
5.Roll the dough and stuff it with the mixture and roll it again.
6.Cook the parathas on both sides with a few drops of ghee. Serve hot with some low fat curd.
