Aloo Sabut Daane ki Tikki



    Potatoes,boiled-3 medium

    Roasted Peanuts,crushed-1tbsp

    Sesame Seeds,roasted-2 tsp

    Green Chili Paste-1/2 tsp

    Chaat Masala-1 tsp


    Oil-1 tsp

    Rock Salt-to taste



    Sabudana-2 tbsp

    Aloo,ubla hua-3 medium

    Moongfali,paka hua-1 tbsp

    Til,paka hua-2tsp

    Hari Mirch ka paste-1/2 tsp

    Chaat Masala-1 tsp


    Oil-1 tsp

    Sendha Namak-Swaad Anusaar

preparation method

Place the mashed potatoes in a bowl.add rock salt,chat masala,peanuts,sesame seeds,green chilli paste,sago and mix well

Make balls out of the mixture

Take a pan spread oil on it and place the balls on it

Roast till they become golden brown in color from both sides

Serve hot
