Alphanso Lassi

ingredients

    4Nos. Alphonso Mangoes, peeled and cut into cubes, (aam)
    2 cup yogurt, dahi
    1 cup Milk ( doodh)
    6 tbsp sugar, (Cheeni/shakkar)
    ½ tsp dry ginger powder, (saunth)
    10 ice cubes
    4 tsp Pistachios,chopped- for garnish.

preparation method

Peel and cut mangoes and put into a blender.
Add yogurt, sugar, milk and ginger powder.
Now add ice cubes and blend till the mixture is smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with pistachio flakes.
Serve chilled.
