Amla and Beetroot Tikki


    1 chopped onion 2 cup boiled beetroot 1 cup mashed potatoes ½ tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste ½ tsp rock salt ¼ cup grated amla 4 tbsp breadcrumbs 2 tbsp cornflour 1 tbsp oil Coriander and curd chutney

preparation method

In a bowl , add onion, beetroot , potatoes , red chilli powder ,salt to taste,  rock salt and grated amla and mix well. Add breadcrumbs and cornflour and mix well. Now make tikkis of 20-25 gms each and shallow fry them on a pan with heated oil  and serve hot with chutney.
