Anar Slush

ingredients

    4 pomegranates

    4 fresh figs ( anjeer)

    5g fresh root ginger, peeled

    ½ cup pomegranate seeds

    lime slice to garnish

preparation method

Take out Anar juice from the pomegranate seeds and then freeze this juice in the refrigerator, to make ice cubes.

Fine chop ginger, figs . Now pass ½ cup pomegranate seeds, chopped ginger and figs through a juicer.  In a tall glass, add the pomegranate ice cubes , pour the pomegranate juice over it , garnish with a fig and lemon slice and serve chilled.
