Apple Cinnamon Soya Shake

Apple Cinnamon Soya Shake contains low calories and makes a good health drink for everyone.

ingredients

    Apples (chopped):- 3
    Chilled soya milk:- 1 cup
    Chilled low fat milk:- 2 cups
    Cinnamon powder:- ½ tsp
    Sugar substitute:- to taste

preparation method

Blend the sugar and apple in a food processor to a smooth juice using a small quantity of water.

Add the soya milk, milk and cinnamon powder to it.Blend again.

Pour the prepared juice into serving glasses and top with ice cubes.

Serve immediately.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve chilled with salad.
