Atta ka Halwa

ingredients

    ½ cup water

    1cup shakkar (sugar)

    1cup atta (flour)

    ½ cup ghee

    tbsptukdakaju- fried

    1 tbspbadam(almond)-chopped

preparation method

  • Take water and sugar in a skillet and bring to boil, to dissolve the sugar
  • Mix the flour with ghee and cook till it turns brown
  • Combine sugar water with it
  • Keep stirring and when it thickens remove from gas
  • Garnish with nuts, serve hot
