An Indian sweet that can be savoured any time of the day!
Bengal gram flour :- 500 gm
Sugar :- ¾ tsp
Cardamom powder :- 2 tsp
Deep bottomed pan
Heat a frying pan over low heat.
Roast the gram flour over low heat until aromatic. Make sure the shade of besan does not change.
Put the sugar to it and combine well.
Switch off the heat and add the cardamom powder.
Spread little oil on the sides and the lowest part of the tray.
Spread the prepared mixture on the greased tray.
Once the mixture is set, cut into pieces.
Garnish with slices of cashew nuts and pista.
