Besan ka Cheela


    Besan-2 cups

    half Onion-finely chopped

    half Carrot-finely chopped

    Cashew ground 1 tsp

    Beans- 2 tea spoons


    Coriander leaves- 2 table spoons

    Green chili-1

    Ajwain-1/2 tea spoons

    Black pepper-1/2 tea spoons

    Coriander powder-1/2 tea spoons

    Red chili-1/2 tea spoons

    Chaat masala-1/2 tea spoons

    Salt to taste

    Oil-2 table spoons

preparation method

Put vegetables and dry ingredients in a big bowl

Add small quantities of water to make a smooth batter

Heat oil on a tawa and spread 1 serving-spoon full of butter evenly on it

Cook for a few seconds. turn upside down until brown and crispy on both sides

Serve hot with any sauce or chutney

You can have this dish along with the mint chutney. The Thyme seeds that we have used are an excellent remedy for indigestion. If you are suffering from indigestion then all you need to do is have Thyme along with a little bit of salt and lukewarm water and you will be as good as you could ever be. This is very healthy for the fact that chick pea is rich in proteins.
