Enjoy this delicious combination of dosa and bread for a quick snack.
Bread slices :- 4
Green chilies (chopped) :- 2
Dosa batter :- 1 cup
Onion (chopped) :- 1
Coriander leaves (chopped) :- Few
Salt :- To taste
Put onions, coriander leaves and green chilies to the dosa batter. Mix well.
Heat a pan and spread little oil over it.
Dip the slices of bread in the dosa batter and put it on a hot pan.
Spread little oil around the bread cut and cook until it turns golden brown on each side.
Take it on a serving plate and serve immediately.
Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
