Breakfast in a Glass Smoothie

With this, your breakfast everyday would be a delightful affair!
ingredients
1 banana
ΒΌ cup strawberries
1/3 cup milk (could use non-fat)
1 container of low fat yogurt
tools required
blender
preparation method
Cut the fruits into a number of pieces.
In the blender, add the fruits, the milk and the yogurt.
Blend till you get a perfectly smooth mixture.
Pour it in 2 glasses and serve cold.

you can serve the drinks with some strawberries on top!
