Brown Rice Kheer

ingredients

    1 ltr toned milk
    3 cups brown rice
    ½ tsp saffron
    1 tsp jaggery
    1 tsp walnuts
    1 tsp raisins
    1 tsp cardamom powder

preparation method

To make a healthy version of the traditional kheer.

1.Take some toned milk in a pan and place it on the flame.
2.Add some brown rice, saffron strands, jaggery, walnuts, raisins, cardamom powder and cook well.
3.Once the rice is cooked to a soft bite.
4.Serve hot
