Butter Scotch Bananas
Traditional banana bread becomes un traditional with the addition of sweet butterscotch morsels.
Bananas :- 2
Vanilla ice cream
Red Cherries :- 1 tbsp
Butter :- 2 tbsp
Brown sugar :- ¼ cup
Milk :- ¼ cup
Vanilla essence :- ¼ tsp
Bake bananas with the peel in a preheated oven at 170 *C for 10 minutes.
To make butterscotch sauce – add butter, brown sugar and heat it. Now add milk and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from flame and add vanilla essence. Let it cool.
Remove bananas from the oven and peel them. Now cutting them lengthwise, arrange in a baking dish. Add vanilla icecream , pour butterscotch sauce on top.
Garnish with red cherries and tutti frutti , and mint sprigs.
