Capellini Pesto and Chargrilled Lobster


     1 Capellini pasta 4 cup
    2 Lobster 1 no.
    3 Pesto 4 tbsp
    4 Red chilli powder 2 tsp
    5 Juice lemon 4 tsp
    6 Borges EX V Olive Oil 4Tbsp
    7 Borges Olives 4 Tbsp
    8 Basil leaves 4 tsp
    9 Salt to taste
    10 Oil 4 tbsp
    11 Black pepper to taste
    12 Garlic 2-3 nos
    13 Parmesan cheese 50 gms

preparation method


  • Cut 1 medium lobster in half and marinate with 2tsp of red chilli powder, 4tbsp of borges Olive Oli, 4tbsp of Lemon Juice, sea salt and keep aside for marination.
  • Put it inside the pre-heated oven for 10 minutes
  • Cook it for 10 minutes.
  • Boil water and season it with enough of salt.
  • Cook 4 cups of Pasta, till al dente.
  • In a pan, add light Olive Oil, add in chopped garlic and saut√©.
  • Add boiled pasta , pesto sauce and toss together.
  • Add about 4tbsp of grated Parmesan Cheese on the pasta, and toss
  • Take the lobster out.
  • Plate and Serve the capellini along with the lobster.
