Caramel Banana Roll


    1 roti
    2 tbsp Kissan mango jam
    1 banana ( peeled and sliced into thick pieces)
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tsp butter
    2 tsp cream

preparation method

1- Coat the banana slices with brown sugar.
2- Heat butter in a pan and fry the banana slices till they have caramalized.
3- Spread Kissan mango jam on the roti, place the caramalized banana slices, spoon the cream on the banana slices, roll tightly and serve.
