Carrot,Beet and Apple Juice


    8-10 Carrots, peeled and diced,( gajar)
    2 apples, cored and diced, ( seb)
    ½ small beetroot, peeled and diced(Chukander)
    Juice of 01 lemon,( nimbu)
    1 tsp rock salt.(Pahari Namak)

preparation method

Cut carrots and apples into small route pieces so that they can go into the juicer easily. Cut beetroot in to small pieces as well.
Put all three into the juicer and extract the juice.
Add lemon juice and rock salt and stir the juice.
Pour into small glasses & serve.
