Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes is a delicious and lip-smacking alternative for just plain and simple mashed potatoes. It is low in carbohydrates and ranks high in nutrients.


    Cauliflower  :-  1

    Butter  :-  1 tablespoon

    Milk  :-  3 tablespoons

    Sour cream  :-  2 tablespoons

    Garlic  :-  ¼ teaspoon

    Salt and Black Pepper  :-  to taste

    Chives  :-  (minced)

preparation method

Peel and cut the core of the cauliflower into fine pieces.
Fill a cooking pot with water and simmer the flame. Add the cauliflower pieces and cook it for about 12 minutes. Cover the pot with a lid.
Drain the water thoroughly with only the cauliflower in the cooking pot.
Mash it completely with a potato masher.
Add milk, sour cream, Black pepper, salt and butter and whisk the condiments.

Serving Suggestions

    Sprinkle chives over the mashed cauliflower for dressing.
