Ghee   -  2 tbsp

    Rice Flour-100 gms

    Flour ---50 gms

    Salt  -  1 ½ tsp

    Hing  —    pinch

    Green Chilli Paste -     1 tsp

    Sesame Seeds -     1/2 tsp

    Cumin sedds - 1 Tsp - roasted

    Salt – 1 ½ tsp

    Water -     150  ml

    Sour curd   -   100 gms

    Chilli powder -  ¼ tsp

    Turmeric powder  -  ¼  tsp

preparation method

Mix all ingredients with hand to make dough.

The dough may be sticky/moist so add extra rice flour.

Grease the Cookie machine.

Fit star nozzle and make chakli’s on foil sheet.

Transfer them to greased frying spoon and then slide them into oil for frying until golden on both sides.
