    For the dough:-
    2 cups wheat flour(atta)
    1-2 tsp salt
    Water in kneading the dough.
    1 tbsp of oil or 1tbsp of yogurt

    Paratha filling:-
    1.5 cup leftover fried rice
    3-4 chopped green chillies
    1 inch shredded ginger
    1 tsp coriander powder
    salt to taste
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1/4tsp red chilli powder
    Chopped Coriander

preparation method

For dough
Mix all the ingredients and make a dough.Keep it aside for 10 -15 minutes.
Mash the fried rice well and put ginger,green chillies in it and all the ingredients mentioned under filling above.
You can make ginger and green chilli paste also.
Make two small balls of the dough and make thin small chapatis of them.
Now put the rice filling on one chapati and cover it up with another.
Now seal all the ends.
Roll the paratha using white flour /atta.
Roast the paratha
Serve with raita, achaar and if you want to have a heavenly ride then add butter.
