Cheese Souffle


    2 egg whites
    ½ cup ricotta cheese
    ½ cup cream cheese
    Orange rind
    1 orange juice
    100 gms butter
    ½ cup sugar

preparation method

Separate the egg whites in a bowl and beat them well.
Keep adding sugar while beating the egg whites.
Beat this mixture till it forms soft peaks.
Add cream cheese in a bowl and spread it well.
Grate ricotta cheese on top of cream cheese and mix them properly.
Now add the egg whites mixture in it.
Grate orange rind on top of this mixture.
Then squeeze orange juice on top of this mixture.
Layer the ramekins with melted butter.
Pour this mixture in these ramekins.
Heat them in the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 8-10 minutes.
Cheese soufflé is ready to serve.
