Cheesy Fried Potatoes
These scrumptious friend potatoes make for a perfect side-dish for dinner or kitty party.
Bacon, 2 slices
Butter, 2 tablespoons
diced onion, 1 tablespoon
peeled and sliced 4 potatoes
pepper and salt to taste
shredded Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup
In a deep skillet, place the bacon.
Now cook the bacon over medium to high flame till it becomes brown evenly.
Take the bacon away from the pan, drain excess moisture and crumble it.
Leave the excess oil in the pan.
On medium flame, heat the bacon grease and add butter.
Stir potatoes and onion.
Cover the pan and keep cooking and stirring at regular intervals till the potatoes becomes slightly brown.
Crack and pour the eggs from top on the potatoes and mix gently to combine well.
Drizzle with pepper, bacon, cheese and salt.
Keep cooking till eggs become firm and cheese is thawed.
Serve hot, along with main course, if you may like it
