Chicken Farcha


    1 Chicken drum sticks 7-8 nos
    2 Red chilli paste 2 tbsp, 1 tsp
    3 Brown onion paste 1 tbsp, 1 tbsp
    4 Salt To taste
    5 Black pepper powder Pinch
    6 Ginger paste 1 tsp
    7 Garlic paste 1 tsp
    8 Coriander leaves 2 tsp
    9 Cumin powder 1 tsp
    10 Oil 3 tbsp,For deep frying
    11 Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    12 Bread crumbs 1 bowl
    13 Eggs 2 eggs
    14 Coriander powder 1 tbsp

preparation method

For marination- take chicken drum sticks and make slits ( put scars) on it.
In a bowl take the chicken, add red chilli paste, brown onion paste, salt, black pepper powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, oil and lemon juice. Mix it properly and keep it in the fridge to marinate.
Note – the longer you keep to marinate, the better the flavor.
Now take oil in a deep pan and add brown onion paste and red chilli paste and sauté it.
Now add the marinated chicken drum sticks and little bit of water and mix it well and cover it with a lid till the gravy becomes thick, and the chicken is cooked.
Now add some coriander leaves and turn off the gas.
Take bread crumbs in a bowl and add chicken drum sticks in it and coat it properly.
Now take eggs in an another bowl and add little bit of salt in it and whisk it properly but don’t make it fluffy.
Now dip the chicken drum sticks in whisked egg and deep fry it.
Serve hot along with the gravy if any left.
