Chicken Pakora


    Boneless chicken-cut into 3 cm cubes:- 250 gm

    Garlic cloves:- 6

    Ginger piece:- 2.5 cm

    White pepper powder:- ¼ tsp

    Red chili powder:- ¼ tsp

    Salt:- ¼ tsp

    Garam masala:- ½ tsp

    Coriander powder:- 1 tsp

    Lemon juice:- 2 tsp

    Ingredients for batter

    Egg:- 1

    Gram flour:- 2 tbsp

    Refined flour:- 2 tbsp

    Lemon juice:- 2 tsp

    Red chili powder:- ½ tsp

    Salt:- ¼ tsp

    Garam masala:- ½ tsp

    Oil for frying

Prepare a paste of the garlic and ginger. Marinate the chicken pieces with this paste and the leftover ingredients. Set aside for an hour.

Combine all the batter ingredients and thoroughly beat.

In a kadai, heat the oil.

Dip the marinated chicken in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown and crisp.

Repeat the preparation method with the leftover chicken pieces.

Drain the excessive oil on kitchen towel.

Serve hot.

    Serve hot with sauce or ketchup or chutney and lemon wedges and onion rings.
