Chicken wade


    300 gms minced chicken

    Chopped ginger

    1 tsp chopped green chilli

    1 chopped red chilli

    1 tbsp chopped coriander

    1 tsp degi mirch

    Salt to taste

    1 seasoning cube

    1 tsp kastoori methi

    1 egg

    3 tbsp roasted chana powder

preparation method

In a bowl add chicken keema , chopped ginger, green chillies, red chilli , coriander  , degi mirch , salt to taste , seasoning cube ( ground) , kastoori methi and egg to bind and mix well.

Add roasted chana powder and mix well.

Now wet hands with water, and make small portions giving each portion the shape of a wada. Similarly, make all pieces from the entire mixture.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry them till the wadas become light and float on the surface of the wok.

    Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
