Chinese Bhel


    Oil to deep fry

    200 gms Noodles

    1 chopped peeled raw mango

    1 chopped tomato

    1 chopped onion

    ¼ cup Bean sprouts

    2-3 tbsp Peanuts

    1 chopped spring onion’s white part.

    1 tbsp chopped coriander

    1 chopped green chilli

    Salt to taste

    1 tbsp tomato sauce

    1 tbsp Schezwan sauce

    1 tsp lemon juice

preparation method

Fine chop the raw mango , tomato and onion.

Heat Oil in a wok and deep fry the noodles till golden brown. Remove in a paper towel plate.

In a bowl , add the fried noodles ,  bean sprouts, roasted peanuts ( 2-3  tbsp ) , chopped white portion of a spring onion , coriander , green chilli  , chopped mango , tomato , onion and salt to taste , schezwan sauce and tomato sauce and mix well. Add lemon juice , 1 tbsp bean sprouts, chopped green part of spring onion and mix well. Remove in a plate and garnish with chopped tomato, raw mango , onion, green onion, coriander , peanuts and serve .

    Are the noodles boiled before frying?

      yes the noodles are boiled and then fried to obtain the crispy texture.
