Chocolaty Chai

ingredients

    3-4 Tea bags

    ½ tsp Clove Powder

    ¼ tsp Nutmeg Powder

    1 tsp Cardamom Powder

    1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

    ½ tsp Ginger Powder

    ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper

    2 tbsp Castor sugar

    1 ½ cup milk

    Cream

    Chocolate sauce

preparation method

In a  pan , heat water and dip 3-4 tea bags , add 2 tbsp castor sugar ( or sugar ) and boil for 5-6 minutes. Add clove, nutmeg, cardamom , cinnamon , ginger powder and boil. Add milk and cayenne pepper and mix well. Remove in a cup , top with cream and chocolate sauce and serve hot.
