Chutney Lassi


    2 cups curd

    ½ inch ginger, roughly chopped

    Black salt to taste

    ½  teaspoon roasted cumin powder

    3 tbsp crushed ice


    For amla aur kairi ki chutney:

    Coriander 1 cup

    Mint ¼ cup

    Green chilli 4-5 nos.

    Raw mango 1 no

    Amla 1 no.

    Salt to taste

Method for chutney:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender to a fine paste


Method for the chutney lassi

Beat curd  in a bowl. Add  chopped ginger to it, and  also add 2 tbsp prepared green amla and kairi chutney, 3 tbsp crushed ice and  ½ tsp  roasted grounded cumin, black salt. Take a tall glass and add chutney to its base. Now pour the fill the glass with prepared lassi. Sprinkle some more roasted cumin on top. Serve chilled.

Serving Suggestions

    Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
