Coconut Pannacotta

ingredients

    SR.NO. INGREDIENTS QTY
    1. Gelatin 5 sheets
    2 Cold water 1/2 cup
    3 Vanilla pod 1
    4 Fresh cream 300 ml
    5 Coconut milk  400ml
    6 Caster sugar 1/2 cup

preparation method

-Boil gelatin sheets in hot water and keep seperately
-In a pan add coconut milk , caster sugar and fresh cream. Cook till the mixtures starts to thicken.
-Add vanilla seeds to th pan and mix well.
-Pour the mixture in short glasses and refridgerate for an hour.
-Garnish the refrigerated pacanota with Kiwi and serve .
