Coconut Pannacotta

ingredients

4 | Fresh cream | 300 ml |
5 | Coconut milk | 400ml |
6 | Caster sugar | 1/2 cup |
preparation method
-Boil gelatin sheets in hot water and keep seperately
-In a pan add coconut milk , caster sugar and fresh cream. Cook till the mixtures starts to thicken.
-Add vanilla seeds to th pan and mix well.
-Pour the mixture in short glasses and refridgerate for an hour.
-Garnish the refrigerated pacanota with Kiwi and serve .
