Coconut pudding

ingredients

    SR.NO. INGREDIENTS QTY
    1. Coconut Milk 200 ml
    2 Cornflour  2 tbsp
    3 Nigella seeds ½ cup
    4 Castor sugar ½ cup
    5 Pinch of salt
    6 Toasted coconut for garnish

preparation method

-In a pan add coconut milk ,cornflour , Nigella seeds, Castor sugar , Pinch of salt and cook till the mixture begins to thicken.
-Transfer the mixture in dishes and refrigerate for an hour. Garnish with toasted coconut and serve.
