Cold Avocado Soup

A healthy soup with the right balance of flavors. The calorie content of the soup is very low, hence can be consumed by health conscious individuals.

ingredients

    Cucumber, chopped: 1/2

    Avocado, peeled and pitted

    Shallot , chopped: 1

    Plain yogurt: 2 tablespoons

    Fresh mint: 2 tablespoon

    Fresh mint: 1 sprig

    Lime juice: 4 teaspoons

    A pinch of salt

    A pinch of ground black pepper

    A pinch of ground cumin

    Radish, chopped: 1

preparation method

To get the creamy texture of the soup, add the shallot, avocado, cucumber, yogurt, mint, lemon juice, cumin and blend completely in a blender.

Season the mixture with sufficient amount of salt and pepper.

Garnish the soup with some radish and mint leaves and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve immediately with salt and pepper along with extra paprika on the side.
