Colorful Rice Salad
Satiate your appetite with this appetizing recipe.
Frozen peas :- 1 packet (10 oz)
Cooked rice :- 3 cup
Pimiento (diced) :- 1(4 oz jar)
Cooked ham (diced) :- 1 cup
Onions (chopped) :- 6
Hard cooked eggs (chopped) :- 4
Pimiento-stuffed olives (sliced) :- ¾ cup
Celery (chopped) :- ½
Sweet pickle relish :- ⅓ cup
Cheddar cheese (shredded) :- 2 cup
Salad dressing or mayo :- ¼ cup
Cook frozen peas and the drain. Let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, mix peas, pimiento, cooked ham, onions, eggs, pimiento-stuffed olives, sweet pickle fish, celery, cheddar cheese, and cooked rice together.
Combine well and then put salad dressing over it. Toss and thoroughly chill.
Serve chill on lettuce leaves.
Garnish with tomato and cherry slices.
