Columbian Snowballs and Limonada

ingredients

    Limonada:

    Mint leaves(Pudina) – ½ cup

    Sugar(Cheeni) – ½ cup

    Lemon juice(nimboo ka ras) – ½ cup

    Water – 2 cups

    Ice cubes – 10- 12 cubes

    Columbian Snowballs:

    Cocoa powder – ½ cup

    Coffee powder – ½ cup

    Desiccated coconut(Nariyal) – ½ cup

    Ice –cream (any flavour) scoops – 6 or more

preparation method

Limonada:

Combine lemon juice, sugar, mint leaves, water, 10-12 ice cubes in a mixer. Pour into glasses and serve.

 

Columbion Snowballs:

In a broad plate, mix coffee powder and cocoa powder and flatten. On the other side of the plate, spread desiccated coconut.

Coat each scoop, first in coffee & cocoa mixture, ensuring that the powder sticks and covers the scoop completely. Then coat with desiccated coconut pressing firmly. Serve these snowballs before they melt.
