Cream of Oats & Tomato Soup

ingredients

    1. Chopped Onion 1 Nos
    2. Crushed Garlic 3 Cloves
    3. Butter 3 ½ tbsp.
    4 Tomato [Blanched] 1 Nos
    5. Water 4 Cups
    6. Peppy Tomato SMO 2 Pkts
    7 Salt To Taste
    8. Black Pepper Powder To Taste
    9. Cream To granish
    10. Sweet Corn 3 tbsp
    11. Finely chopped beans 3 tbsp

preparation method

• Cook Saffola Masala Oats in water.
• In a skillet, take some butter. Sauté crushed garlic and chopped onion until onion becomes tender and begins to brown.
• Add chopped blanched tomatoes, salt, pepper and water. Add oats in it. Bring to a simmer.
• Blend the soup, sieve it reheat.
• Add sweet corn and finely chopped beans in it and stir.
• Garnish it with cream and serve.
