Creamy Cauliflower Soup with Bacon and Gorgonzola

This creamy treat is a must for a cold day

ingredients

    Cauliflower :- ½

    Vegetable broth :-3 cups

    Salt :- to taste

    Bacon :- 2 slices

    Gorgonzola cheese :- 2 tablespoons

preparation method

Steam the cauliflower until it is soft and tender.

In a microwave cook the bacon for at least 7 minutes until it is crisp. Once done mince the bacon into fine pieces.

Heat the vegetable broth in the microwave.

Take a blender, add the cauliflower, broth, add salt and pepper. Blend it well until the soup is thick.

Pour the soup in bowls and serve.

Serving Suggestions

    Add bacon and gorgonzola cheese on top when serving.
