Crispy & Light delight


    10-12 dark chocolate biscuits
    4 tbsp butter
    ½ cup cream cheese
    ¼ cup whipped cream
    ½ cup castor sugar
    8-10 strawberries
    Icing sugar for dusting

preparation method

Crush some dark chocolate biscuits in a grinder.
Add some butter in these crushed biscuits and mix them properly.
Flatten this mixture in a butter paper.
Cut them in rectangular shapes once the mixture is flattened.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Mix cream cheese, whipped cream and castor sugar in a bowl.
Fill this mixture in a piping bag.
For plating, take the biscuit as your first layer.
Now add a layer of cream on top of this biscuit.
Repeat the layers.
Dust some icing sugar on top of these layers and cover it with sliced strawberries.
Crispy & Light delight is ready to serve.
