Crispy Roasted Chickpeas

Crispy Roasted Chickpeas is a spicy snack that you can munch guilt-free.


    Garbanzo beans: - 15 ounce
    Olive oil: - 1 ½ tablespoon
    Spices blend: as per your choice
    Salt – to taste

Pre-heat the oven at 400F.

Pour the can of Garbanzo beans in a bowl and drain the excess water.

Place a baking sheet on the table and spread the beans on it. Use a paper towel to gently absorb the water from the beans. Roll the beans over the paper towel to rid the skin.

Pour olive oil over the beans and use the spatula to toss the beans. Coat the beans with olive oil and roast it in the oven. Roast it for about 40 minutes until the beans turn golden brown. Make sure you do not burn the beans.

Season the beans with your choice of spices and salt.
