Dal Makhani

ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    1Ž2 tsp ginger garlic paste
    1 tbsp tomato puree
    1 tsp coriander powder
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp garam masala
    2 cups black dal
    1 cup rajma
    Salt to taste
    1 tsp red chilli powder
    1 tsp kasuri methi
    1 tsp cream

preparation method

1.Heat some olive oil in a pan.
2.Add some ginger garlic paste,
3.Then Add tomato puree, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and sauté well.
4.Then add black dal, kidney beans, water, salt, red chili powder,
5.And kasuri methi and a little cream and simmer for 5 minutes
6.Serve hot
