Dal Tadka and Jeera Rice Plating
finely sliced radish
finely sliced carrot
cooked jeera rice
Place a decorative tomato, slices of radish and carrot in a plate.
Put cooked jeera rice across one side of the plate.
Pour some dal on the other side of the plate.
Pace spring onion julienne on the rice. Put some tadka on the dal.
