Dates Peanuts Laddu

Enjoy this sugar free laddu recipe without any guilt as it’s healthy as well as delicious to savoir!


    Peanuts: - 1 cup

    Dates: - 1 cup (finely chopped)

Take a saucepan and heat it.

Roast the peanuts till they turn golden brown in color.

Let them cool for some time so that you can rub off their skins.

Grind these peanuts to form a coarse powder.

Now grind the dates, add the ground peanuts and grind them together till they mix well.

Place this mixture in a bowl and mix it properly.

Mold this mixture of dates & peanuts into small round shaped balls and store them in an air tight jar.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve as a sweet or mithai with tea or coffee.

    Tried this recipe today. It turned out to be great. Perfect sugar in the recipe which is natural and the peanuts taste and aroma was fantastic. Loved it, was prepared in so less time.
