Double Decker Sandwich


    1 Broccoli ½ cup
    2 Basil ½ cup
    3 Garlic Cloves / sdrak 2-3 Garlic Cloves
    4 Parmesan Cheese, grated ½ cup
    5 cup Olive Oil 1/4th cup
    6 Bread Slices As required
    7 Chicken pieces, boiled ¼ cup
    8 Salt to taste/ namak swaad  anusaar Salt to taste
    9 Pepper to taste / kalimirch Pepper to taste
    10 Lettuce leaves

preparation method


  1. Take ½ cup broccoli florets (cut) add it to the pan then  drizzle olive oil over it and toss it with your hands and  then allow it to roast for 5 minutes.
  2. Then prepare a pesto sauce.Take a blender and add ½  cup basil , add 1 small garlic clove, add ½ cup grated parmesan cheese add ¼ cup olive oil to the , then finally add roasted broccoli to the blender and grind it well .Remove it in one bowl.
  3. Take 3 slices of brown bread and with the help of cookie cutter cut them into round shape ,  and then top 1 slice with pesto sauce add boiled chicken pieces on it add salt to taste, pepper to taste , then seal it with other slice of bread then top that slice  with pesto sauce  and then take fresh lettuce leaves cut it into pieces using your hands and put it on to that slice and then  seal it with the 3rd slice of bread and bind it using a toothpick.
