Double Dill Bread

This delicious bread goes with any dish, making your meal a complete delight.

ingredients

    Baking yeast: - 1 packet

    Warm, not hot water: - ¼ cup

    Low-fat cottage cheese (small curd):- 1 cup

    Sugar: - 1 tbsp

    Reduced-calorie Margarine: - 1 tbsp

    Dill seed (lightly crushed):- 1 tsp

    Minced fresh dill weed: - 2 tsp

    Dried onion flakes: - 1 tsp

    Salt: - ½ tsp

    Baking powder: - ½ tsp

    Egg whites: - 2

    Whole wheat Flour: - 2-1/4 cups

preparation method

In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.

Heat cottage cheese in a pan until warm and then take out from a pan.

In another bowl, mix warm cottage cheese, egg whites, herbs, onion, margarine, soda, salt, dissolved yeast and sugar together.

Gradually mix flour to prepare stiff dough.

Spray vegetable coating spray on a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.

Transfer the prepared dough into sprayed casserole dish and keep aside for 40 minutes to rise.

Place it in an oven at 350◦ C for 45 minutes.

Take out and set aside for 10 minutes to cool and then transfer to wire rack to completely cool.

Cut into pieces and serve.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve with spaghetti or pizza or soup.
