Dry Fruit Laddus

ingredients

    1 tbsp ghee
    200 gms khoya
    1 cup almonds
    1 cup pistachios
    1 cup cashewnuts
    ½ can milkmaid
    ½ cup desiccated coconuts
    1 tsp cardamom powder

preparation method

Roast pistachios, almonds and cashew nuts in a pan separately.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add desiccated coconut and khoya in this pan and mix them well.
Then add milkmaid in this mixture and keep stirring.
Add roasted dry fruits in this mixture and stir this mixture well.
Cook this mixture till they are slightly thick.
Now keep this mixture at room temperature to cool.
Grease your hand with some ghee and make laddus.
Cover these laddus in a mixture of desiccated coconut and cardamom powder.
Dry fruit laddus is ready to serve.
