Dry Fruits Treats


    1/4 cup cashewnuts

    1/4 cup walnuts

    1/4 cup almonds

    1/4 cup raisins

    1/2 cup  dessicated coconut

    1/4 cup oats

    2 tbsp honey

    For butterscotch sauce :

    ¾ cup sugar

    2 tbsp butter

    ½ cup milk

preparation method

Chop all the dry fruits..

In a heated saucepan , dry roast the oats.

In a separate bowl , combine the dry fruits, roasted  oats , raisins and desiccate coconut and mix well.

To make butterscotch sauce – Take sugar and cook it on slow flame and keep stirring to avoid sugar sticking to the pan. Now add 2 tbsp butter and milk and mix well. Cook for a minute and remove the hot butterscotch sauce in a bowl.

Pour the butterscotch sauce over the dry fruit mixture  and add honey and mix well.

Set aside to cool.

Now make walnut sized round balls out of this mixture,and roll them in desiccated coconut powder to
