Egg Cheese Burger

Egg Cheese Burger is simple and easy to prepare yet tasty.


    Egg :-1
    Burger bun :-1
    Salt :-To taste
    Black pepper powder :-½ tsp.
    Mustard paste :-½ tsp.
    Mayonnaise :-2 tsp.
    Cheddar cheese :-1 slice
    Chili-garlic sauce :-½ tsp.
    Oil :-1-1/2 tbsp.

In a bowl, combine egg, dark pepper powder and salt together. Beat it well.

Using burger cutting knife, half the bun horizontally.

Heat the pan on medium flame and add little oil.

Spread garlic, chili and then mustard paste on an upper part of bun cut from the side.

Put little oil on a hot pan and add the beaten egg.When one side is completely done, then flip it to roast the other side as well. Do not half-cook or burn it.

Place the slice of a cheese on the fried egg when it is still on the hot pan.

When the cheese become soft, put the egg in cheese in the middle of the bun parts.

Add cucumber, tomatoes and onion.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve with ketchup.
