Egg Noodles

Old fashioned, emergency lunch option which tastes simply delicious.


    All-purpose flour, 2 1/2 cups

    Salt, 1 pinch

    2 beaten eggs

    Milk, 1/2 cup

    Butter, 1 tablespoon

Mix together salt and flour in a large bowl, Now mix the butter, milk and beaten egg in the bowl. For around five minutes, knead dough till it becomes smooth. Keep in aside in covered bowl for at least ten minutes. Roll out the dough to at least 1/8th of thickness on a slightly floured surface. Now slice the dough into required shapes and lengths. Before you cook, let it air dry. In a large pot, add water and salt and boil the water, add pasta and keep stirring till it becomes tender and crisp. Serve hot.
