Fennel Cucumber Salsa
Fennel Cucumber Salsa is easy to make salsa recipe which serves as a tasty appetizer for any dinner or birthday party. This salsa is ideal for summer season as it is light and refreshing to eat.
1 English cucumber, cubed
1 large fennel bulb, thinly diced
1 avocado - pared, pitted, and diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
Pickled banana peppers, diced, 1/2 cup
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Honey, 2 tablespoons
Fresh lemon juice, 3 tablespoons
Pepper and salt to taste
Mix together pepper, salt, lemon juice, honey, cilantro, banana peppers, red onion, avocado, fennel and cucumber in a mixing bowl. Let the mixture to rest for at least twenty minutes before you serve it.
You can serve it with cut baguette or tortilla chips.
