Fruit Chaat


A healthy recipe with a delightful combination of different fruits with Indian spices.


    Oranges :- 2
    Honey dew melon (cut into pieces) :- 6 oz
    Apple (peeled and cut into pieces) :- 1
    Bananas (peeled and cut into pieces) :- 3
    Peer (cut into pieces) :- 1
    Raisins :- 15
    Guava (cut into pieces) :- 2
    Lemon :- ½
    Kiwis (peeled) :- 6
    Pineapple :- 1
    Pomegranate :- ½
    Grapes :- Small bunch
    Chaat masala :- Half packet

Peel and section one of the oranges, squeeze the other one along with lemon in a juicer.

Cut kiwis and spoon out the red fruits along with oranges into a vessel.

In a huge bowl, take all the fruits and pour the lime squeeze and orange juice on top.

Add the grapes, raisins and chaat masala. Mix well.

Fruit chaat is ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions

    Garnish with chopped coriander or mint leaves and serve.
