Fruity Porridge

ingredients

    5 tbsp quick cooking oats
    1 cup water
    11/2 cup milk
    2 tbsp sugar
    2 tbsp mixed fruit jam
    1 cup assorted fruits ( Apple , banana, pomegranate)
    2 tbsp of mixed nuts to garnish

preparation method

1- Heat water in a sauce pan, add the Oats and cook till half done.
2- Now add the milk and cook till the oats are done and the mixture is slightly thick.
3- Add sugar, jam and mix well.
4- Remove from flame and when still slightly warm add the chopped fruits , garnish with nuts and serve.
